Spinach & Sausage Pasta

This is a great recipe when you have had a long day and just want to get dinner over and done with. For those of you with kids, you can use a white cheddar cheese instead of the pepperjack!

Ingredients

1 box tri-colored Rotini pasta
1 roll of Jimmy Dean Regular sausage
1 box of frozen chopped spinach
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 pound of Pepperjack cheese (shredded) I use the Tilamook

Fry sausage with garlic. Drain for oil if necessary. Fill pot with water to cook noodles. Add block of frozen spinach, once the water comes to a boil add the pasta. Cook pasta and drain pasta/spinach mix. Put pack into pot, add sausage and cheese and mix together.

You are done! We love this meal. You can make garlic bread and a salad if you want more of a selection. It is great the next day too!
